ต้องมี LINE ถึงจะใช้ได้ไหม?
ไม่จำเป็นเสมอไปค่ะ คุณสามารถลงชื่อเข้าใช้ด้วย Gmail ก็ได้ แต่ถ้าเชื่อมต่อ LINE จะสามารถรับการแจ้งเตือนและข้อความรักผ่าน LINE ได้สะดวกมากขึ้น
วงแหวนครอบครัว (Family Circle) คืออะไร?
วงแหวนครอบครัวคือกลุ่มดูแลของคุณ มีสมาชิกหลัก 3 บทบาท: ผู้สูงอายุ (Senior), ลูกหลาน/ญาติ (Relative), และเพื่อนช่วย (Buddy) ทุกคนสามารถดูข้อมูลสุขภาพและส่งความรักถึงกันได้
ข้อมูลสุขภาพของฉันปลอดภัยไหม?
ปลอดภัยมากค่ะ ข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูกเข้ารหัสและเก็บบนระบบคลาวด์ที่มีความปลอดภัยสูง มีระบบ Row-Level Security ที่ทำให้เฉพาะสมาชิกในวงแหวนของคุณเท่านั้นที่เข้าถึงข้อมูลได้

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Rakna?
Rakna (รักนะ, meaning "Love You") is a senior care app designed for Thai families. It helps families track health, send love messages, and care for elders together — through LINE and smartphones.
Do I need LINE to use the app?
Not necessarily. You can sign in with Gmail as well. However, connecting LINE lets you receive notifications and love messages directly in LINE, which is much more convenient.
What is a Family Circle?
A Family Circle is your care group. It has 3 roles: Senior (the elder being cared for), Relative (children or family members), and Buddy (close friends who help). Everyone can view health updates and send love to each other.
Is my health data safe?
Yes, very safe. All data is encrypted and stored on a secure cloud system with Row-Level Security (RLS), ensuring only members of your own circle can access your information.
How do I invite family members?
Go to the Family Circle page and tap "Invite Members" to generate a QR Code and invite link. Share it with relatives — they join your circle instantly by tapping the link or scanning the QR.
Is it free?
During our launch period, the app is completely free to use. We'll notify you well in advance of any future pricing changes.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at support@rakna.me. All your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
